Introspection Class
This weekly class offers participants an opportunity to look inward to seeing how they formulated the way they are and ways to create a life that is different. It incorporates the use of meditation, guided imagery, breathing exercises, drawings, poetry, letters to others, games, or any other personal form of expression. Participants are given an opportunity to share their successes and opportunities for growth. They can also share journal entries if they choose to do so.

This is an open and ongoing class – new participants can join at any session. We monitor attendance and award certificates and folders or journals for attendance. Houses of Healing
This class is based on the book by the same name, Houses of Healing, A Prisoners Guide to Inner Power and Freedom by Robin Casarjian. It is a weekly class based on a belief in the intrinsic potential, dignity, and worth of each person. The course is designed to promote self-esteem; to foster emotional and spiritual growth; and to encourage responsibility and accountability in oneself and toward others. The course draws from a variety of personal growth modalities. Various aspects of the course include: practicing meditation, self-regulation and stress-management techniques; learning cognitive reframing and attitudinal healing; acknowledging, working with, and healing childhood trauma; transforming anger, resentment and unhealthy guilt and shame/working with forgiveness; acknowledging and working with grief, the silenced emotion; nurturing spiritual growth. Power Source
This class is a weekly class based on the book by the same name, Power Source, Taking Charge of Your Life, by Bethany Casarjian and Robin Casarjian. It is published by the Lionheart Foundation and is the youth companion book to Houses of Healing. Stories written by incarcerated youth that are included in this book have been so powerful for the teenagers that we serve. For more information their website is www.lionheart.org

GED – Brain Gym
This class combines the use of simple exercises of Brain Gym to reintegrate the left and right sides of the brain to powerfully assist participants in having breakthroughs in their ability to study and pass tests.

Anthony Robbins Style Workshops
